Sound Imagineering was originally started by Brad Martin in 1987 under the name of Travcomm Associates, Inc. Brad's is a Lifetime Member of Strathmore Who's Who , and was also awarded a Certificate of Excellence by Barron's Who's Who in Global Business and Finance . He was later conferred as a Barron's Fellow in 1999 . During his tenure with Bose Corporation, he was also honored by the New England Direct Marketing Association with a First Place advertising award for Print / Consumer Ad Lead Generation. Brad is also a past member of the MIT Enterprise Forum and National Defense University.

Sound Imagineering initially specialized in avionics support and engineering. One of the many products developed, was a Digital Cabin Communications and Entertainment System known as the "Digital Communicator". It was specially designed for the Air Tour market and combined state-of-the-art multi-lingual voice command and high-quality stereo audio.

Sound Imagineering has continued to diversify its business activities through the creation of several premier online shopping sites to include the Marquee Mall , Chopper Patrol , and HeliFly . Many more premier product sites are being developed and will be launched throughout 2008.
